The first model homes by Shea Homes are now under construction at Sage in Livermore. Construction on the Tranquility model home building started September 17th, and is now well underway. The trusses have been installed, and the roof is currently being sheathed. Tranquility model homes are expected to open in late Spring 2016, with pre-sales expected to begin in early 2016.

Balance and Synergy model homes will also be complete shortly thereafter. In fact, the Synergy model building foundation has already been poured, and the Balance model building foundation is expected to be poured next week.

At Sage, recreation is more than just a pastime - it's a lifestyle. A public multi-use trail surrounding Sage will connect to the larger Livermore Area Recreation & Park District trail system, creating miles of biking and walking paths throughout the elegant Tri-Valley Area.

The private club house and rec center will allow residents use of a state-of-the-art pool area, indoor exercise equipment, and a community building for events and gatherings. In addition to the recreation center indoor gym, there will also be a fitness path throughout the community that can be used organically on evening or daytime walks. 

A yoga lawn will also be featured at Sage. This will be an ideal place to meditate and center yourself after a long workday. 

And the pubic park located within the community will feature a basketball court, a children's play structure, and a grass area for additional recreation and play options. 

The recently completed Cayetano Park is also conveniently located adjacent to Sage, just across Portola Avenue. A signal light will be put in place between the two areas to ensure safe crossings from Sage to Cayetano park. Cayetano Park features a basketball court, soccer field, children's playground and a dog park. The park opened in February 2015, and it has been a favorite space for active locals ever since. 

Four new Shea Homes communities are in the works at Sage in Livermore. Residents will not only have a wonderful place to live, but will also have a plethora of outdoor enjoyment options. The Sage community will feature a 1.5 mile walking and bike path, as well as a swimming pool, outdoor and indoor fitness centers, a community activities building, and an art walk, for your viewing pleasure.
