Synergy homes will initially be priced from the low $500,00's to the mid $600,000's, while Balance will be priced from the high $500,000's to the mid $600,000's. And the Tranquility 2-story townhomes will start in the mid $600,000's.
The Sage Sales Office is currently scheduled to open Saturday, January 9th, and the first homes at Sage will be released for sale in late January or early February. This will be your first opportunity to own a home at Sage in Livermore.
